Paying with Credit Card PayPal or Purchase Order
We accept all major credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express ) or PayPal for online or phone orders. All orders are securely handeled throught Authorize.net one the internets largest online processors. Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.

Sales Tax Is Collected in the State of Florida
Electro-Optix, Inc. collects sales tax on any order billed to and shipped to in the state of Florida.
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed same day or by the next business day or as soon as possible.
Changing Your Order After is has been submitted
We make every effort to process your orders very quickly 99% of in stock orders will ship within 24 Business hours of receipt. . If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
Returning Merchandise to Electro-Optix Inc.
All returns subject to following terms-
We accept any return (other then Wearable magnifiers, Headband style, Visor style, and Dental loupes see below) within 14 days of delivery, return must be sent postage prepaid to the below address. Beyond 14 days of delivery, No Merchandise will be accepted for return without an RGA number from Electro-Optix, Inc. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Returns subject to the following terms
-Only unbroken cartons in saleable NEW condition will qualify for a credit/refund. When given, the credit/refund is the total order cost minus the original shipping charge, shipping charges are not refundable.
-Wearable magnifiers, Headband style, Visor style, and Dental loupes must be returned within 7 days of receiving them for refund or exchange.
--Shipping and or product damage claims must be made within 24 hrs of receiving the product. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org . After you email us for additional assistance. Please call us immediately at 954-973-2800 and dial 0 for immediate assistance.
